Booral is a rural locality in the Mid-Coast Council local government area on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, situated approximately 215 kilometres north-north-east of Sydney and 50 kilometres north-east of Maitland. The locality covers around 141 square kilometres of gently undulating farmland and bush, lying inland from the Myall Lakes area near the Karuah River catchment. The 2021 census recorded a population of 457 residents, reflecting a scattered rural community centred around farming and small acreage living.
