Breeza is a rural locality in the Liverpool Plains region of New South Wales, situated approximately 43 kilometres south of Gunnedah along the Kamilaroi Highway. The name Breeza is believed to derive from an Aboriginal word meaning 'one hill', a reference to the distinctive rise that overlooks the surrounding Breeza Plains. Covering over 314 square kilometres, the locality recorded a population of 124 in the 2021 Census. It falls within the Parkes federal electorate and the Tamworth state electorate, in the heart of one of Australia's most productive agricultural belts.

The Breeza Plains are renowned for their exceptional fertility, supporting broad-acre farming including wheat, canola, and cotton as well as cattle grazing. The landscape is characterised by rich black soils and vast flat plains stretching to the horizon, making it prime agricultural country. Residents enjoy a quiet country lifestyle with Gunnedah — the self-styled 'Koala Capital of the World' — just 45 minutes north and offering full shopping, healthcare, and schooling facilities. Breeza itself is a close-knit rural community tied together by the rhythms of the farming calendar.
