Jarrahdale is a small historic town in the Darling Range, located 45 kilometres southeast of Perth in the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale. With a population of 1,205 at the 2021 census and a median age of 43, it covers 256 square kilometres at an elevation of 306 metres. The town has a rich timber milling heritage dating back to the 1870s, with the heritage-listed mill manager's residence and numerous historic buildings reflecting its role as a major jarrah timber centre.
Jarrahdale offers a peaceful, semi-rural hills lifestyle surrounded by jarrah forest and state forest reserves.
