Kundat Djaru is a remote Aboriginal community located in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia, within the Shire of Halls Creek. Situated roughly 80 kilometres from Halls Creek township, the community covers approximately 35 square kilometres of rugged Kimberley landscape. The 2021 census recorded a population of 141 residents, predominantly of Djaru and Kija heritage. The name 'Kundat Djaru' reflects the Djaru language group associated with this Country.
