Lockyer is a north-western suburb of Albany in Western Australia's Great Southern region, located just 4 kilometres from the Albany town centre. With a population of around 1,300 residents and a youthful median age of 33, it's one of Albany's more affordable residential areas. The suburb is bounded by the South Coast Highway to the north and was officially named in 1954.
