Medina is a suburb in the City of Kwinana, located approximately 35 km south of Perth's CBD in Western Australia. With a population of around 2,260 and a median age of 42, it is one of the older established suburbs in the Kwinana area. The suburb covers 3.7 square kilometres at a low elevation of 8 metres and was originally developed in the 1950s as a housing estate for workers at the nearby Kwinana industrial strip.
