Middle Brother is a small rural locality in the Port Macquarie–Hastings local government area on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, located approximately 25 km south-west of Port Macquarie. The area is named after the Middle Brother mountain, part of the three Brothers Range, which rises to 694 metres above sea level and is a prominent local landmark.
