Oatlands is an established residential suburb in Sydney's Hills District, located within the City of Parramatta approximately 28 kilometres northwest of the Sydney CBD. Home to around 5,800 residents, this family-oriented suburb spans nearly 2.5 square kilometres of leafy streetscapes. The area takes its name from early colonial farming and has evolved into a well-regarded middle-ring suburb with a mix of housing styles.
