Arnold is a small rural locality in Victoria's Shire of Loddon, situated along the Bridgewater–Dunolly Road approximately 37 kilometres west of Bendigo. The area was originally known as Kangadaar before being renamed after the privately owned Arnold Bridge that once spanned the local creek crossing. Covering roughly 49 square kilometres of agricultural land, Arnold recorded 56 residents at the 2021 census, with a median household income of around $49,800 per year.
The locality is set in gently undulating farming country, with dryland cropping and livestock grazing the dominant land uses.
