Bigga is a small historic township in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, located within Upper Lachlan Shire approximately 191 kilometres south-west of Sydney and 52 kilometres south-east of Cowra. Situated at an elevation of 671 metres in County Georgiana, the town was established in 1892 and had 268 residents recorded in the 2021 census. The surrounding locality spans approximately 602 square kilometres of rolling tablelands and grazing land. Bigga falls within the Hume federal electorate and the Goulburn state electorate.
