About Mindarie

Mindarie is an outer coastal suburb of Perth in Western Australia, located 36 kilometres north of the CBD within the City of Wanneroo. Covering 4.6 square kilometres with a population of 7,867 at the 2021 census, it was formally established in 1988 with the construction of the Mindarie Marina, one of the largest man-made marina resorts in the state. The suburb sits on the Indian Ocean coastline between Quinns Rocks to the north and Tamala Park to the south.

Mindarie offers an attractive coastal lifestyle centred on the Mindarie Keys marina precinct, which features restaurants, shops, and waterfront dining with ocean views. The suburb is primarily residential with a family-friendly character, complemented by large bushland reserves and coastal dune parks that preserve the natural landscape.
