About Mount Hardey
Mount Hardey is a small rural locality in the Avon Valley region of Western Australia, situated within the Shire of Northam, approximately 80 kilometres north-east of Perth. Covering around 78 square kilometres of undulating farmland and bushland, the locality sits in the heart of WA's Wheatbelt near the regional centre of Northam. The locality is close to Northam, the largest town in the Wheatbelt, which offers supermarkets, schools, a hospital, and a broad range of regional services. Residents enjoy the scenic Avon Valley landscape and are within reasonable driving distance of the Mundaring–Swan Valley corridor, providing access to Perth and its surrounds for larger shopping and leisure trips.
