Tower Hill is a small rural locality within the Shire of Moyne in south-west Victoria, located approximately 18 kilometres west of Warrnambool and roughly 275 kilometres west of Melbourne. The locality shares its name with the renowned Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve, a dormant volcanic crater that is one of the region's most significant natural and cultural landmarks. With a 2021 Census population of 83, the area is sparsely settled and primarily agricultural in character.
The Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve, which sits at the heart of the locality, draws visitors from across Victoria and beyond, offering encounters with emus, koalas, kangaroos, and wallabies within a dramatic volcanic crater landscape.
