Elizabeth Beach is a small coastal suburb in the Great Lakes area of New South Wales' Mid North Coast, situated within the stunning Booti Booti National Park at Pacific Palms. The suburb is approximately 20 kilometres south of Forster and around 240 kilometres north of Sydney, accessible via The Lakes Way scenic route. With a population of just 259 in the 2021 census and covering only 1.6 square kilometres, Elizabeth Beach is an intimate community with an owner-occupancy rate of nearly 83 per cent. The predominant age group is 50–59 years, reflecting its popularity as a lifestyle and semi-retirement destination.
Elizabeth Beach is prized for its north-facing, sheltered beach that offers calm conditions ideal for families and swimmers, and is patrolled by surf lifesavers during summer. The suburb sits alongside Boomerang Beach and Blueys Beach as part of the beloved Pacific Palms coastal precinct.
